Verification is typically processed within 1-24 hours. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in restricted account access and withdrawal limitations.
ids138 reserves the right to refuse registration or to suspend or terminate any Account at our sole discretion, without providing a reason. ids138 does not charge fees for standard withdrawals to Indonesian banks and e-wallets. However, your receiving financial institution may impose fees. Expedited or premium withdrawal services may incur additional charges as disclosed at the time of request.

We shall not be liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, or scheduled maintenance.
The Platform may integrate with third-party services including game providers, payment processors, and data providers. ids138 is not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, or failures of such third-party services.
Gaming involves risk of financial loss. ids138 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through normal gameplay where all games operate according to their stated rules and published RTPs (Return to Player percentages).
ids138 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
ids138 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, failure to complete verification, inactivity, or at our sole discretion.
You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon receiving your closure request, we will process any pending withdrawals and close the Account. Closure requests are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.
As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, you may request self-exclusion for a specified period (ranging from 1 month to permanent exclusion). If your Account is suspended or terminated due to breach of these Terms, ids138 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your Account, including deposits, bonuses, and winnings. This is in addition to any other legal remedies ids138 may pursue.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online gaming operations serving the Indonesian market.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree that the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.
You agree to pursue any disputes with ids138 on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in any class action or representative proceeding.
